1.What kind of clothes can the machine print? All colors? What is the material?

All textile material amd colors can be printed. No printing position limitation,such as cuffs and necklines can be printed as well.

 

2.What is the DTF workflow?

First print the pattern on the film, then machine powder and bake it, later cut the printed pattern, finally press it on the garment with a heat press machine

 

3.How's the printer productivity ?  Will the color fade after washing?

7-8sqm/hour (600DTF) , 3-4sqm/hour (300DTF)
40pcs photos/1sqm ; 10hours/day
2800-3200pcs photos /day (600DTF) ; 1200-1600pcs photos/day(300DTF)  applied to garment

 

4.What's the printing cost?

each A3 size pattern printing cost only about 0.35$,

 

5.Which type of ink the printer use? How much for one set ink?

DTF Textile Ink$300/ Set (RECAI R-F 60CM DTF Printer),
$350/Sst (RECAI R-F 30CM DTF Printer)

 

6.Consumables for DTF prinetr and where to buy? 

DTF ink ： 50 dollar/liter;
print film : 0.3m*100m, 70$/roll( 0.6m*100m,150$/roll );
powder : 10$/kg.
You can buy these materials from local store.

 

7.What is included with the printer?

It includes printer, powder shaking machine. 

 

8.How to install / operate the printer?  

We have very detailed manual and videos to teach you how to install and use it.Whatsmore our engineers group  provide online tech support and service. 

 

9.Warranty service

Each printer has a warranty period of up to 1 years.

 

10.What is the purchase process? How to arrange transportation issues?

We will arrange delivery after receiving percent of the department store payment.delivery for you by sea, express, etc. You can pay to us by bank transfer, Western union   or online payment.
